Your Profile

Personal Information

Update your name, job title, and profile picture. This information is visible to your team members and helps streamline internal collaboration.

Language & Timezone

Adjust your time zone to ensure all meeting times and deadlines are displayed correctly for you and your clients. You can also change your preferred language.

Password & Security

Change Your Password

To keep your account secure, it's a good practice to change your password regularly. Follow the simple steps in the settings menu to create a new, strong password.

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

Add an extra layer of security by enabling 2FA. This requires a verification code from your phone in addition to your password, protecting your account even if your password is compromised.

Notifications & Preferences

Email & In-App Alerts

Customize which events trigger notifications. You can choose to receive alerts for new leads, deal updates, task assignments, and mentions from your team members via email or in-app pop-ups.

System Preferences

Manage personal display preferences, such as the date format, currency symbol, and default home screen, to make your Fairforse dashboard feel like home.

Billing & Organization

Subscription Management

Administrators can view and update the current subscription plan, manage payment methods, and access a history of invoices and billing statements.

User & Role Management

Easily add or remove team members and assign specific roles to control their access to different modules and data within the CRM.
