Login & Account Access

Forgot Your Password?

Click the "Forgot Password" link on the login page. We'll send a password reset link to your registered email address.

Problems with Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

If your 2FA code isn't working, check that your authenticator app is synced with your device’s clock. If you’re still locked out, use your backup codes or contact support for help.

Account Is Locked

For security, an account may lock after multiple failed login attempts. Please wait 15 minutes and try again. If the issue persists, contact your admin or our support team.

Email & Communication

Emails Are Not Sending

First, verify your email integration is active and connected. Go to Settings Integrations and check the status of your Gmail, Outlook, or SMTP connection. You may need to re-authenticate your account.

Emails Are Going to Spam

This often happens if your email domain is not properly authenticated. To fix this, you need to add SPF and DKIM records to your domain's DNS settings. You can find the necessary records in your Fairforse email settings.

Mailbox Not Connecting

Ensure that IMAP and SMTP access are enabled in your email provider's settings. For Gmail, you may need to enable "Less secure app access" or generate an app-specific password.

Integrations & Syncing

Integration Is Not Syncing Data

First, check the integration status in Settings Integrations. Try disconnecting and then reconnecting the app. This often refreshes the connection tokens and resolves sync issues.

Calls or Chats Not Logging

Confirm that the user making the call or sending the chat is correctly linked to the integration. For VoIP, ensure the API key is active and correctly configured. For chat, verify the connection from the provider's dashboard.

Billing & Subscription

Payment Has Failed

Ensure the card on file is valid and has not expired. Check that you have sufficient funds and contact your bank to ensure the payment isn't being blocked. You can update your payment method in Settings Billing.

Invoice or Subscription Is Incorrect

Sometimes changes take a few minutes to reflect. Refresh the billing page or log out and log back in. If the issue persists, contact our billing team with your account details.

Performance Issues

Fairforse Is Running Slowly

Clear your browser’s cache and cookies. This can often resolve performance issues. You should also ensure your browser is up to date and try accessing Fairforse in an incognito window to rule out browser extensions.
