Resolved: Partial Application Outage

August 28, 2025 - Resolved

A minor outage affected a small subset of users, causing intermittent access issues to the CRM dashboard. The issue was identified and resolved within 30 minutes. All services are now fully operational.

Resolved: Email Sending Delays

August 15, 2025 - Resolved

We experienced a temporary delay in email sending due to a third-party provider issue. Our engineering team rerouted traffic, and all backlogged emails have been sent. Service is fully restored.
