Billing & Payments

This guide will help you manage your Fairforse CRM subscription. All billing information is accessible in your dashboard under Settings > Billing.

Managing Your Subscription Plan

Upgrade or Downgrade

You can easily change your plan at any time to match your business needs. Go to Settings > Billing and click on the 'Change Plan' button. Any changes will be prorated and reflected on your next invoice.

Free Trial Information

Your 14-day free trial gives you full access to all features. We'll send you a reminder before your trial ends. If you do not subscribe to a paid plan, your account will be automatically suspended.

Updating Payment Methods

Add or Remove a Card

To add or update your credit card on file, navigate to Settings > Billing > Payment Methods. Fairforse accepts all major credit and debit cards. Your payment information is secured with enterprise-grade encryption.

Invoices & Receipts

Downloading Invoices

For a record of all your past payments, visit the 'Invoices' tab in your billing section. You can download a PDF copy of each invoice for your records.

Troubleshooting Failed Payments

If your payment fails, you will receive an email notification. We will automatically retry the payment a few times over the next couple of days. To resolve it immediately, please update your payment information in the billing portal. If the issue persists, our support team is here to help.
